1. Suction Needle Processing Technology

A Suction Needle, also known as a liposuction cannula component, is used in liposuction procedures to remove subcutaneous fat safely and efficiently.

These needles typically include multiple side holes designed to extract fat tissue while minimizing trauma to surrounding tissues.

Zegatec provides precision metal processing capable of manufacturing suction needles with various side-hole patterns and tip geometries based on customer design drawings.

Because liposuction procedures involve strong vacuum pressure, suction needles must maintain high structural strength and dimensional stability. In addition, precise polishing and burr removal processes are applied after hole punching to ensure smooth surfaces and prevent tissue damage.

The needle tip is also processed with blunt rounding to minimize trauma during insertion.
