1. Double Point Needle Processing Technology

A Double Point Needle is a bidirectional medical needle with sharpened tips on both ends.
It is commonly used in vacuum blood collection systems and drug transfer devices.

In blood collection systems, one side of the needle is inserted into the patient’s vein while the opposite side penetrates the rubber stopper of a vacuum tube.

Double point needles are also used in transfer needle systems that connect two vials to allow sterile drug transfer or mixing.

The patient insertion side is finely polished to minimize pain and tissue damage, while the opposite side is optimized to penetrate rubber stoppers or medical devices with minimal resistance.
